Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under $30, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.

Special Handling — Our products (walking canes, reachers, and accessories) are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely and ready to use. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
